PT Seyoung Industry, established in August 2016 in Subang, Indonesia, operates on a 31,000 m2 facility with 240 Indonesian and 6 Korean employees. The company currently has dyeing and finishing capacities of 25 tons/day and a knitting capacity of 15 tons/day.
With a vision to become the leading textile factory in Indonesia, the short-term plan includes expanding knitting to 20 tons/day and dyeing/finishing to 30 tons/day. Embracing sustainability, the company aims to use over 70% sustainable raw materials, achieve 90% water recycling, and minimize energy consumption. There are also plans to expand printing capacity.
In the long term, PT Seyoung Industry envisions becoming a smart and sustainable factory with a vertical production system covering yarn to garment production. Plans include establishing a second fabric mill and garment factory in Central Java and implementing an automated system throughout the entire production process.
